Job purpose

The Research Consultant is responsible for the management and coordination of internal and external research work and projects across Culminate and for giving specialist guidance and advice to the business. The job holder will collate and analyse data and provide evidence based recommendations which will be used to contribute to the delivery of our strategic goals

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate and execute assigned research projects 
• Track project progress periodically and report the same to management.
• Identify areas of improvements and develop new methodologies to meet milestones.

Requirement

Minimum 5 years proven research experience in either of the following area:

• Machines and devices (or machinery and Equipment
• Food processing / agro industry
• Energetics
• Advance Degree preferred in relevant field a PHD is an added advantage
• Analytical and forward thinking mindset
