Raw Material In-Charge at WACOT Limited

Details: Role Profile:-

• Update BM and Quality Head, on the daily arrivals at the  factory gate.
• Issuance of clearance to pass for paddy arrived at the  factory gate by working in close coordination with Branch  Manager and Quality Head basis the quality parameters.
• Based on the quality of paddy, decides on the storage  location best suitable for that particular lot.
• Maintain proper record of the paddy offloaded at  intake/Warehouse. Will be responsible in sending this  information on daily basis in the form of MIS report.
• Maintain proper record of the paddy in Silos. Will be  responsible in sending this information on daily basis in  the form of MIS report.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of raw material and  proper maintenance of stock records. Keep the under deviation/rejected goods separately.
• Ensure that all appropriate safety regulations are being  followed both with regards to personal safety and safety of inventory.
• Check and verify warehousing records, handling questions or  concerns for any problems related with inventory control.
• Ensure minimal Storage losses
• Give regular feedback & inputs from the field to the BM to  enable the business to fine tune its operating tactics to  achieve budgets and enhance efficiencies.
• Heads operations with respect to Volumes, Risks, Systems,  and Local Staff and runs the business on a day-to-day basis  under control of the BM.
• Ensure stocks are reconciled and reported to the BM  regularly as defined by the organization.

Job Requirements (Qualification & Professional)

• M.Sc/B.Sc in Agriculture stream from a reputed  college;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good Accounting Skills;
• Strong team working skills, with an ability to  motivate others and to lead or manage teams and  projects;
• A high level of attention to detail;
• An understanding of, and ability to work with,  average-level computer technology.
• Computer literacy and IT Skills.

Experience

• Relevant work experience up to 2-3 years in agro  commodity field, preferably paddy
• Technical knowledge related to paddy processing is an  added advantage
• Process & Procedure Implementation Skills.
• Ability to work extended hours.
