Mechanical Engineer (Milling In-charge) at WACOT Limited

Role Profile:

• Implement all SOPs and suggest ways to improve the Personal Hygiene & cleanliness.
• Independently handle complete shift operation.
• Ensure Daily records up-keep.
• Monitoring whole milling processes and timely reporting of Production.
• Ensure Product quality as per specs by continuous rn monitoring of all operations.
• Identify deviations, Analyze, take actions and report the rn same.
• Implement quality initiatives.
• On the Job training for workers and operators in all areas rn and share their knowledge and best practice with subordinates.
• Process controlling operational practices as per SOP & production plan.
• Checking & Ensuring Production Planning & all working rn instruction through Standard Operating Procedure for the purpose of optimum Productivity.
• Ensure Good housekeeping of the plant and adjoining areas.
• Ensure safety rules are observed in the plant.

Job Requirements (Qualification)

• B. Eng. Or HND (Mechanical Engineering)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and rn projects.
• A high level of attention to detail;
• An understanding of, and ability to work with average-level computer technology.
• Process & Procedure Implementation Skills.

Experience

• Relevant work experience up to 3-5 years in agro rn processing industry.
• Experience in PLC based plant will be an added rn advantage.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• For this role, the successful candidate must be quick to learn and be a team player, as he will be expected to participate and contribute to the overall success of the team.
