Operations Director at NigerDock

Responsibilities

•     Direct operations to assure delivery metrics.
•     Deliver required financial result through effective delivery of projects.
•     Support the acquisition of new work by actively sponsoring technical bids for targeted projects.
•     Maintain adequate backlog and throughput of work.
•     Create business strategies and plans for each operational area to grow the business in accordance with the company developmental plans.
•     Ensure that all bids are fully in compliant with the terms of the Nigeria Content Act.
•     Sponsor and maintain Nigerdock as Nigeria's Industrial Champion.

Qualification and Experience

•     B.Eng. in any Engineering or Commercial Discipline.
•     Master degree/professional qualification (an added advantage).
•     7-10 years minimum in oil and gas and construction Industry.
•     Having strong commitment to high standards of safety and safeguarding the environment.
•     Significant track record of success within an operations focused environment.
•     Must have delivered successful EPC/EPCIC projects.
