Commercial Manager

- Experience 15 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Responsibilities
- Developing strategies for negotiations in alignment with company objectives and leading negotiations for complex contracts. Review contract documentations.
- Settling disputes regarding contract interpretations, conditions or compliance with legal requirements.
- Leading contract/project reviews and the balance score card process
- Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to deal with unforeseen circumstances.
- Provide input support and feedback into the Commercial Level Agreements and other contractual based initiatives as contracts are underpinning and Operating Level agreements.
Qualification and Experience
- Degree in contract Management or any related discipline.
- 15+ years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Overseas and/or Africa work experience.
- Software: Computer literate - MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, Familiar with EMDS - Team Binder.
