Provide leadership in strategy formulation and forward planning of all SCM activities in the organization including formulation and implementation of cost estimation and optimization models
Offer support in Planning, Performance Reporting and Analytics with a focus on data analysis, KPI reporting, and preparation of management information to support SCM Leadership;
Drive and monitor performance of vendors using standard tools as well as formulate policy for the strategic planning, development, selection and maintenance of sources of supply for goods and services purchased by the business
Develop and monitor contract plan for all the projects and categories to ensure that the corporate business plan is achieved.
Offer mentorship, training and development to young SCM business leaders
Must Have
Strong capability in managing over 400 contracts and vendors
Experience - 15 years’ with 10 years in SCM functions preferably in Oil and gas, E&P industry
Engineering, commercial, social science disciplines, vast EPC contract experiences, systems, tools and practices. MBA is an added advantage
