The Role

• To co-ordinate, direct and review drilling operations, within defined drilling programs and budget, in order to fully meet the prognosis target, pursuing the best results in terms of safety, time and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure that drilling activities comply with time and cost budget, in accordance with company requirements, HSEQ standards and good petroleum engineering practices.
• Coordinate activity of company’s and contractors units involved in drilling operations and decide about day by day matters.
• Report during drilling execution any technical or economical variation fixm approved scope, proposing the appropriate.
• Participate as a member of the emergency task force in event of blow —out of the other major emergency.

The Person

• Graduate of any related Engineering discipline.
• 5 years of Oil and Gas Industry experience and 10 years of drilling completion activities experience.
• IWCF certified (theoretical and practical BLOW-OUT PREVENTION COURSE as per level 4 chart 476 IOGP)
• Training in drilling, completion, subsurface and reservoir courses.
