Operations Manager at Transsion Holdings

Job Summary

We are searching for a Operations Manager who has rich experience in operating online financial products especially for Online Savings Products. We pefer the operations manager to have an area of speciality in online Banking, online transational services operations, etc. The main responsibility of this role is to work with users based on the product; achieve the set KPI’s; and provide feedbacks to optimize the product.

Responsibilities

• Planning, developing and monitoring the operational activities, with the view to improving the growth and development of the company.
• Developing business strategies and budget preparation of the operational areas.
• Ensuring that Company operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations and the Group policies regarding each activity.
• Assisting the Managing Director in developing new business opportunities in close liaison with the Business Development Manager.
• Preparing the Risk Coverage Report of activities within your scope.

Qualifications and experience

• Proven 3+ years in a operation manager role within a online financial company, transactional company or similar businesses is prefered.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English.
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
