Personal Assistant to the MD at Seamfix

Responsibilities

• Design strategic plans that has the capability to bring about significant new relationship/business for company.
• Draw up quality technical and business proposal documents.
• Gathers, documents, and analyses business needs and requirements.
• Analyze and breakdown client’s requirement clearly.
• Works with the business and market research teams to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Identify and exploit technology and market trends to define future best practice to meet business needs.
• Prepares and delivers informative, well organized presentations and interfacing with clients.
• Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Manages client expectations effectively.
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Identifies critical issues with ease.
• Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
• Keep a pulse on what is happening throughout the company and with clients, which gives you the ability to identify issues that need escalation.
• Assist the MD in critical and/or special projects on an as needed basis.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the MD.

Requirements

• A Second class upper Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably Computer science or Computer engineering
• High business acumen
• Previous experience of working in a role requiring discretion, tact and diplomacy
• Smart, witty and articulate
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
