Minimum 2:1 in a Bachelors’ degree required in any program under the Management/Sciences/Engineering or Social Sciences, from a reputable higher institution.
At least 7 years’ experience in a marketing/branding position, where at least 3 years should be in a senior position
Relevant experience on ATL, BTL, Through-the-line and E-Marketing Communication
Experience with a reputable marketing/branding agency is an added advantage
Excellent management skills
Excellent knowledge and understanding of traditional and new media/marketing channels
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
Ability to think analytically, creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Familiarity with the latest trends and methodologies in content development, social media management, graphic design, web design, production, etc.
