Our client, a fast-growing startup Oil & Gas company, wants to hire a Head, Business Development & Operations.

Job location:       VI/Ikeja

Pay:          Negotiable (Basic + commission)

Job Functions:

• Business Development & Sales
• Responsible for drawing up business proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Process bids and package them to be winnable.
• Full participation in the post bid submission clarification and negotiation process through to contract award.

Research

• Monitor competitor activity and develop regular reports to support bid strategy and bid decision making.
• Undergo extensive research that qualifies the organization to bid for jobs.
• Relationship Management
• Maintain business relationship with NIPEX and NAPIMS with respect to bid submission.

Qualification/Experience:

• Minimum of first degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in same role within the Oil and Gas industry .
• Experience in bidding for jobs in the Oil and Gas sector,desired.
