    Human Resource Officer/Recruiter

    Details:

    • BSc degree in Human Resources or related field
    • [Certification in project management is also an advantage]
    • 3 – 5yrs [not more than 5 years] in recruitment
    •  Drafting staff policies
    •  Appraisal process
    •  Developing Training programs
    • Customer/Client Management 
    • Project Management 
    • Personnel Management
    • Understands Labour law [e.g Assists the principal consultant to accomplish projects]
