JOB OBJECTIVES:

To have and maintain optimal filing system

To enable optimal deliverables on daily task as expected from the department

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
• Stores all files in designated places securing the important document
• Create/update records with new files and information
• Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed files
• Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance e.t.c.
• Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information

REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of OND/NCE
