    ATM Field Engineer

    Job Description

    • Field engineer to maintain and support machines.
    • Support at least a minimum of 40 machines at various banks location.
    • Sign preventive maintenance forms within our agreed time frame.
    • Give feedback to helpdesk and operations manager after attending to an issue.
    • To ensure that all machines assigned are up and running and sla is met on each machine you support.
    • Effective communication to the stores and refurbishment department.

    Requirements

    • Experienced ATM field engineers in various machines with a minimum of 3 years experience is needed.
