Production Manager at All Queen's Kitchen Limited

Details:

• He must be in charge of the operations of the production plant
• Writing requisition and checking raw materials supplied for processing
• Ensure strict adherence to instruction, rules and regulation guiding the department
• He must ensure cost effective production and efficiency
• To draftm time scale for the job
• Monitoring processing of the batches to ensure standards in terms of quality and quantity
• Supervise and motivate team of workers
• Identifying training needs for effectiveness and efficiency

Other requirement to perofm this role:

• Minimum of B.Eng/B.Tech/B.Sc Chem (2nd Class) or HND (Credit) in Food Science Technology, Science Lab. Tech., Microbiology, Chemistry or any other equivalent course with at least 3 years experience in production of packaged dairy.
• Membership of ICCON, CSN etc. will be an added advantage
• He must have a career path in dairy production
• He must be innovative and creative in coming up with product samples on regular basis
• Excellent planning and coordination is a must
• Understanding nitty gritty of dairy production is required.
• Again experience in FMCG particularly in dairy is even placed above educational qualification.
