Assistant Manager Applications Support at 25th & Staffing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prior knowledge and experience in Android Application Development.
• Excellent skills in gathering, technical documentation, troubleshooting and support
• Liaison with the Customer and the development teams which may be locally or anywhere across the Globe.
• Strong Project Management skills to work with Government and Non-Government Departments for requirements, training, troubleshooting etc.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• 7+ years’ experience in Technical Support Role (Applications for the Android platform).
• At least 2 years’ experience developing Mobile Applications within the Android OS for Devices or Tablets.
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document.
• Strong familiarity with software configuration management systems and/or source code.
• Excellent technical knowledge of Java, Android Software Development Kit (SDK) and Android Studio.
• Knowledge of XML and JSON a must.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Material Design.
• SQL.
• Technical support experience for web applications.
