Job Description

• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
• Send out Newsletters to customers.
• Send out follow up email.
• Ability to create content.
• Manage social media platform and graphics.
• Ability to drive sales through social media.
• Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications;
• Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors;
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications;
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities;
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems;
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support;
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Taking pictures of each Items
• Editing images ready for the website using appropriate software.
• Coordinates updates so that web content does not become stale
• Ensure Company presence on other sites such as Konga & Jumia etc.
• Monitor all online transaction on the website and on registered market place platform
• Ensure online sales are prepared and packaged for dispatch
• Assisting around the showroom when needed.
