Job Profile
The individual must be a results-driven sales executive who actively seek out and engage prospective customers. The Technical Sales Executive must be able to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer conversion rate and profitability.
The Technical Sales Executive must have exceptional organizational skills, written and verbal communication, ability to multi-task, strong desire to prospect and close new business. The candidate must be a high-performing Sales Professional with 3+ years’ experience in the ICT / software / e-learning system.
He / She is required to design, develop and lead the commercial strategy in the market, grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue and profitability. The role also includes conducting market research analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities and understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
