- Qualification
- Experience 10 - 12 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Legal and Regulatory
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 - 12 years’ experience in Trust related assignments.
- Experience in dealing with regulators.
- Experience in the formation and administration of trusts, the drafting of wills and the administration of estates and dealing with regulatory issues relevant to the trust practice.
- Experience in Wealth Management practice.
- Experience in general corporate matters and the administration of underlying asset.
Educational Qualifications:
- BL, LLB. not below 2nd class lower division, MBA will be an added advantage.
- Registered Capital Market operator
- Membership of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners or related professional qualification.
