Head, Trust Services at Integrated Corporate Services - ICSL

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 - 12 years’ experience in Trust related assignments.
• Experience in dealing with regulators.
• Experience in the formation and administration of trusts, the drafting of wills and the administration of estates and dealing with regulatory issues relevant to the trust practice.
• Experience in Wealth Management practice.
• Experience in general corporate matters and the administration of underlying asset.

Educational Qualifications:

• BL, LLB. not below 2nd class lower division, MBA will be an added advantage.
• Registered Capital Market operator
• Membership of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners or related professional qualification.
