Educational Qualifications,

• B.Sc/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Elect/Elect Engineering
• Professional Qualification (CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Not Less than two years relevant experience

Required Competence & Skills

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Troubleshoot system, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Setup, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
•  Support the roll-out of  new applications
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Knowledge and experience of networking and network monitoring/management
• Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Knowledge and experience of Tally ERP9 administration is an added advantage
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Knowledge and experience of Web and App development
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Ability to learn new things quickly
• Self-starter, self-managed, and able to work under stress to meet deadlines
• Reliable team player with excellent communication skills
