Research Analyst at Human Capacity Development Consultants (HCDC)

Responsibilities: 

• Collecting briefs from clients 
• Researching background information about client companies
• Coordinating meetings and conference calls with client companies and internal staff
• Assist data research in close cooperation with clients and team members to satisfy project requirements
• Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
• Manage client expectations regarding the depth of analysis contained within deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables
• Assure that the company project guidelines and Code of Ethics are followed and met throughout the project duration
• Assist team in preparing variety of document (proposals, reports etc) and presentations including memos and presentations in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Provide business consulting services to portfolio and outside clients.

QUALIFICATION & PERSON SPECIFICATION

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field from a reputable institution
• Must be smart and trainable
• 2-3 years of experience in conducting research
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
• Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Proficiency using the web, private, and public database as a resource for finding information.
• Self-starter with a keen focus on meticulous follow through
