Define and entorce Service Management Policies and Procedures. Oversee development of ITSM-based management processes and controls.
Ensure alignment of ITSM solutions to EMTS and EMTS business needs.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of the service catalogue - description of existing services offered by EMTS IT.
