Senior Accountant at Rovedana

Main Responsibilities

• She/he will be responsible for managing the activities of the accounts team.
• Preparation of the company’s financial records and statements.
• Bank reconciliation, account payables and receivables and cash management.
• Handling of tax remittances/schedules, with-holding taxes and income tax.

Requirements and Competencies

• A B.Sc. or HND in Accounting.
• Must currently be occupying a Senior Role as an accountant.
• Must be a Certified Chartered Accountant (ICAN).
• Strong experience in internal control, statutory auditing and tax audit.
• Computer Proficient (Advanced Ms Excel) and knowledge of accounting software’s such as Orion, tally, Peachtree, sage, and quick book.
• The right candidate must have solid experience in a similar role in a trading company in Nigeria.
