Territory Merchandising Representative (TMR) at Benjamin Michaels Limited (BM)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assumes full responsibility for the actualizationof40 % of the distributor’s monthly target or meet monthly direct sale target.
• Ensure the profitability and growth of the company's brands amongst the target customers in the assigned territory
• Conductcustomer &market analysis to ensure that we understand customers’ needs and how best to position our products ahead of the competitors.
• Gather and report competitors’ activities including marketing, promotion, price changes and new products introduction
• Increase customer base and servicing of retailers in the assigned territory
• Ensure effective detailing to retailers, Patent Medicine stores and pharmacies who do less than five (5) of our products thus achieving strong visibility of our products in the territory.
• Efficient use of detailing materials and leave-behinds in the territory
• Gather and regularly update customers’ data base in the assigned territory
• Ensure availability of BM products in the territory by getting most Rx/Rx to stock at least two products at all times
• Provide daily reporting to your manager
• Any other task that may be assigned by the BDM from time to time

Requirements

• Should have a minimum of OND with at least 1 to 2 years experience
