We're looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design and mobile; the list goes on and is growing every day.
As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Sunvait Network Ltd’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve.
We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward. With your technical expertise you manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables. You design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
Qualifications
Ability to create interfaces using Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3
Understanding of patterns used for developing web applications
5+ years experience developing responsive web applications that work across multiple devices
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of the web technology stack (HTTP, WebSockets, cookies, asset loading / caching)
Experience with React, Backbone, WebPack, Promises
Experience with Sass and Compass
Experience with cross-browser quirks
Data-informed product development: analytics, A/B testing, etc.
Experience using REST API’s
Experience with version control systems
Required Skills:
Help build the web based version of Sunvait Network Ltd in Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3
Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from PMs, designers and other engineers
