Customer Service Executive at HR Aid

A logistics Company is looking to hire a young and self driven individual to help manage their Customer Service desk. Job responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customer/client enquires via phone and in-person
• Send out emails and texts to customers
• Manage the Company's social media handles
• Take stock of inventory when required
• Process customer orders
• Send reports to management
• Ensure excellent Customer Service and support

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum HND or BSc required
• No experience required however interested persons must have completed NYSC
• Social Media Savvy 
• Good verbal and written communication skills
