AFM recruit is a recruiting firm based in Lekki phase 1. We are currently recruiting a Property Manager for our client, a prestigious Real Estate firm located at Lekki, Lagos. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of assigned real estate investments.

The specific responsibilities of the Incumbent include:

• Establishing rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead/operational costs
• Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies, showcasing advantages of location and services, and obtaining referrals from current tenants
• Managing, and dealing with the tenants by negotiating leases, collecting security deposit and other charges
• Meeting financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget. scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective action
• Ensure proper maintenance of building by resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, completing repairs and planning renovations
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends,

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc / HND in Real Estate Management, Building, Engineering or any other related courses
• 1-3 years’ experience in property management or any other related role
• Territory management and closing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Enhanced negotiation abilities.
