• Our client a leading manufacturer and distributor in the fmcg industry is seeking a mature professional with 18+ years of quality experience in the manufacturing and supply chain arena.
• You should carry deep insight into the food & beverage industry and preferably your experience should have been spread across a diverse geography.
• Driving change management across major sites you would need to ensure that transformation is driven top down and build a high performing team.
• Ensuring Capex timelines are met, developing and deploying a strategy to create greater efficiencies.
• You should carry a well rounded mix of experience covering manufacturing , P&L and sales. Holistic business experience is critical for the role.
