• B.Sc. /HND (Economics/Finance/Accounting)
• Second Class lower (2:2) and above

Job Description

• Oversight/Management of Warehouse Inventory/Stock, Purchasing and supplies  to Clients
• Carrying out Accounting duties such as customer payment tracking and cost analysis for customer orders
• Interfacing with local & foreign contacts/suppliers to ensure orders are placed as at when due, with right specifications and good pricing
• Preparing financial reports and activity plans for management review using Microsoft Excel & other tools
• Ensure that all aspects of the logistics operations such as shipping, warehousing and procurement work together to fulfil conditions & specifications of customer orders and deliver same on a timely basis
• Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines
• Must ensure that all aspects of a logistics team, such as shipping, warehousing and procurement, are working together to fill orders and deliver materials on a timely basis
