Sales Execution & Activation Lead (SEAL) Representative at First Katalyst Marketing

Job Description

• Successful candidates will be responsible for recruitment of outlets, management and achievement of depletion objectives within an assigned geographical coverage through brilliant execution of outlet activation standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• OND/HND/B.Sc.
• 6 months - 1 year commercial expertise gained across field sales/consumer/customer marketing is highly desirable
• Previous experience in a direct customer facing role is important
• A good understanding of to deliver brilliant execution in trade
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Good commercial understanding, P&L literacy, strong numerical skills, a high level of computer literacy
• Full understanding of language and culture of assigned trade
• Experienced driver with valid license
• Ability to work flexibly - make bar calls on weekends and night to engage consumers
