 Minimum Requirement:

• Ideal candidate must have worked in a similar role in an advertising agency.
• Minimum of four years experience.
• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication or any other related course.

Ideal candidate must be passionate about business development, outgoing, amiable, willing to break glass ceilings, assertive, highly organised, has a "can do" attitude, has strong leadership capabilities,  be a strong influencer and negotiator, able to communicate effectively and does not believe in the word "impossible".
