About the role
Andela is seeking an in-house recruiter in Lagos, Nigeria to take on the full recruiting life-cycle for revenue-focused roles in our US offices. This role is ideal for someone with a sales or business development background, excited about building personal relationships with a pool of global candidates. Ideal candidates will have had international work exposure, and can communicate cross-culturally.
This person will work closely with managers from the global Talent team, as well as Hiring Managers in Andela’s NYC office to find, engage, and hire the best candidates for our unique business model. We are looking for someone who understands how to build a pipeline through online sourcing tools, and understands how to quickly engage, sell, and progress candidates through the recruitment process. You must be highly organized and capable of prioritizing work with little guidance.
