Retail Store Manager

Job Description
- Effectively manage the store in and out.
- Develop and motivate team towards high perfomance.
- Lead by example by encouraging and promoting opportunities to drive sales.
- Be familiar with competition and respond accordingly.
- Ensure achievement of sales target.
- Ensure store planogram is followed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Educational Qualification/Experience
- HND Qualification
- 3 years working experience
Salary
N100,000 - 140,000
