    Retail Store Manager

    Job Description

    • Effectively manage the store in and out.
    • Develop and motivate team towards high perfomance.
    • Lead by example by encouraging and promoting opportunities to drive sales.
    • Be familiar with competition and respond accordingly.
    • Ensure achievement of sales target.
    • Ensure store planogram is followed.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Minimum Educational Qualification/Experience

    • HND Qualification
    • 3 years working experience

    Salary
    N100,000 - 140,000
