Procurement Assistant Manager at Transquisite Consulting

 The Procurement Assistant Manager major duties will include

• Assisting with the preparation of a procurement plan
• Liaising with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
• Receiving approved Purchase Requisitions (PR) for procurement of goods and services
• Tracking all PRs and determining price competitiveness without sacrificing quality or delivery times
• Identifying and researching potential new suppliers
• Assisting in conducting vendor sourcing and documentation of vendor documents
• Preparing weekly procurement status report

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field 
• Min 8 years relevant work experience
• Planning and scheduling skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
