Job Responsibilities

•  Creation of financial transactions and creating financial reports from that information.
•  Posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices.
•  Reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.
• Administer all accounts and budgets for various department and raise purchase order for payment
• Managing banking relationships
• Collaborate with the account manager to prepare financial reports on a monthly basis
• Prepare various financial reports and submit to regualtory agencies

  Requirements

  HND, OND or ATS in Accounting with working knowledge of accounting softwares such as SAGE, Peachtree, Quckbooks & Tally etc.
• Three (3) years of experience as an account officer in an organized company
