Help Desk Support Officer

Requirements
- B.Sc/H.ND/OND in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Electronics Engineering and any related discipline.
- Knowledge of windows 7, Microsoft office applications
- One year experience in an IT firm and good knowledge/experience of IT Solutions and services.
- Certifications in A+, MCP,N+,ITIL an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work anywhere in the country and travel at short notice
