To exploit business opportunities, develop and deploy sales strategies that would guarantee the achievement of the overall sales target of the organization.

Job Description

• Supervise sales teams in Lagos and Abuja (team of about 25 people)
• Identify sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Achieve sales objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
• Develop field sales action plan
• Manage and oversee the entire Sales operations of the business

Qualification

• Masters Degree in any related discipline from a reputable University
• Minimum of 10 years prime managerial experience in the Banking, Telecommunication or Manufacturing industry.
