About the Role:
You are Andela’s first line of offense in engaging and attracting Africa’s best technologists. As the face of Andela’s enthusiasm for world-class technology, you are deeply networked and tirelessly hitting the road to find, inspire, and engage top technical talent around the continent.
You will be responsible for creating, connecting, and maintaining a network of the most enthusiastic and capable technologists from Lagos to Dakar, Nairobi to Kigali. As you exude your passion for technology, you can’t help but believe that Andela’s mission of empowering the next generation of technologists is a worthwhile one that others would do well to support. You will be a regular speaker at technology conferences, increasing Andela’s exposure and connections in every digital and physical space that gather’s the continent’s top technologists
