• Check inventory records for accuracy
• Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
• Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
• Update database of digital records
• Create and add material to hard copy files as needed for record keeping
• Ensure timely payment for vendors
• Follow up with getting quotes from vendors
