Summary: The software support position is for a candidates with a good knowledge of software interface or back - end, the candidate will be working with a team of developers to achieve a common goal.

Job Description:

• To have and maintain a thorough understanding of the technology protocols, messaging, KPIs, configuration parameters.
• Working within Product Engineering team
• Working at the back - end of an application
• Work with software developers on implementation of new technology-specific features, new use cases and features.
• Participate in functional and regression testing of new work from developers and software architects.
• Assisting 2nd-level Support with analysis and advice on existing and upcoming products.
• Develop user requirements from business cases and customer input.
• Knowledge transfer of new products and new product features within the organization.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making

Experience:
Total experience: 2 - 3 years of hardcore expereince in software/application support

Education:
A degree in engineering or related field

Residence:
Lagos Nigeria
