Responsibilities

• Identffication of potential customers
• Attending to all calls on customer's request, enquiries and complaints on company official hotlines.
• Attending to all onlin6 enquiries and orders
• Educating customers on product usage.
• Writing and submission of daily sales report
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times on all company products.
• Identification of potential customers
• Maintaining safe and clean environment in the showroom

Qualifications
 
2 years and above, previous experience in similar position will be an added advantage. Graduate in Marketing or any of the Social sciences with techniques for managing mumpie assignments, age not more than 30 years, ability to ensure compliance to system and procedure; have a good understanding of the methodologies for constant improvement in speed and quality of delivery of services and be ready to work under flexible hours when necessary. Qualified candidates for this position must be residents in Abuja.
