Duties of Successful Candidate

• Reviewing current software systems
• Identifying and coding system improvements
• Working closely with software supervisors and users to deliver optimal user experience
• Testing software solutions in controlled, real situations before going live
• Preparation of training manuals for users
• System support and maintenance.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have minimum 10 years' experience in building software systems and must possess the following skillset:

Software
Database Development:

• Good Knowledge of Database Design/Operations (MYSQL / SQL Server)
• Expertise in creating and consuming stored objects (Procedures and Functions)
• Expertise in Database Tuning and Management

PHP Development:

• Fast and Great Coding Skills
• Great UI & UX Design with HTML5 / CSS3 / JQuery / Ajax
• Ability to generate reports in XLS / PDF formats
• Ability to create and consume web services
• Good knowledge of web frameworks (CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Symphony, Zend etc.)
• Good knowledge of Code Testing and Quality Assurance patterns

Android Development:

• Fast and Great Coding Skills
• Great UI & UX Design Skills
• Ability to implement features like Bar Code Scan, Picture Capture, Map, API consumption etc.
• Web Server Management
• Setup and Support of Web Servers (IIS and Apache)
• Windows Server Administration (2008 / 2012)
• Web Site Administration (Static / Dynamic / WordPress etc.)

General:

• Great software design principles
• Good knowledge of web application security
• Must have built/co-built complete systems and ready to showcase portfolio.
• Ability to identify process gaps and source / create software solutions to address them
• Ability to turn business requirements to high-level prototypes and then working software solutions.
• Working knowledge of ERP / CRM software design and operations.
• Good knowledge of Project Management
