    Financial Services Operations Role

    1. Teller (OND, Lower Credit, 0 - 1 year relevant Experience, Numerical Ability)

    • Responsible for relating with customers in carrying out transactions such as collecting payments, savings and deposits of cash and cheques and paying out cosh.

    2. Bulk Teller (HND, Lower Credit, 0 - 1 year relevant Experience, Numerical Ability)

    • Responsible for confirming cash amount received from tellers, bundle cash received into denominations and place it in on on-site safe.

    3. Customer Service/Enquiry Officer (HND/BSC, Lower Credit, 0 - 1 year relevant experience, Excellent communication skill)

    • Provide accurate information about organisation's products and services to customer and help them to resolve all service related issues.

    4. Note Counter (OND, Lower Credit, 0 - 1 year relevant Experience)

    • Ensures the accuracy of currency notes and repackages them appropriately for safe keeping.

    5. Archivist (OND, Lower Credit, min. of 1 year relevant Experience, Numerical ability)

    • Responsible for evaluating records for preservation and retention and provide guidelines for easy retrieval.

    6. Receptionist (HND/BSC, Lower Credit, min. of 1 year relevant experience, Excellent communication skill)

    • The incumbent is responsible for receiving customers and directing incoming telephone calls and mails to appropriate recipients.

    7. Account Support Officers (HND/BSC, Lower Credit, 0 - 1 year relevant experience, Excellent communication skill, Numerical Ability)

    • The Ideal candidate is responsible for processing customer requests that relate to theiraccounts, such as request for credit etc.

    8. Call Centre Consultants (OND, Lower Credit, 0 - 1 year relevant Experience)

    • Ideal candidate is responsible for resolving the queries of customers via phone in order to achieve a solid customer base.

    9. Executive Secretary (HND/BSC, Lower Credit, min. of 1 year relevant experience, Excellent communication skill and Organisation skill)

    • The ideal candidate manages correspondences, schedule meetings and take the minutes of the meeting, conduct research, prepare reports, liaise with other units ete towards ensuring a smooth running of the Department.

    10. Office Assistant (SSCE/NECO, min. of S credits including Maths and/or English Language)

    • The ideal cand{date would be responsible for running administrative errands such as delivering documents, maintaining office filling and record keeping systems.
