Product Manager at Verite Microfinance Bank Ltd

Role/Duties:

• Developing and adapting the product vision.
• Bring in new ideas to the company and create business cases
• Understand the user needs as best as possible to prioritise ideas and development
• Work with user experience experts to ensure the best customer journey is delivered
• Actively monitor the product’s performance to ensure that it is achieving the desire result.
• Effective coordination of all activities relating to the product in order to achieve optimum performance
• Initiation and development of strategies geared at enhancing visibility and optimum performance of the product.
• Effective coordination and management of all personnel directly or indirectly involved in the sales of the product.

Qualification/ Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc holder in any discipline
• Must be IT savvy
• Successful product management experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be smart and presentable
• A natural drive to be successful and are motivated by going above and beyond!
• Those who possess excellent rapport building skills
• A tenacious, proactive and methodical approach
• Someone who wants to take ownership of their work and their own career
