Production Manager at TRANOS

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize all production activities.
• Implement and control the production schedule
• Manage all resources to meet production targets.
• Estimate, negotiate and agree on budgets and timelines with clients and managers.
• Ensure that quality control standards are in line with ISO 9001.
• Liaise with procurement unit on production materials.
• Optimize production to ensure company resources generate competitive returns.
• Ensure the implemetation of the Lean production system in production activities

Minimum Qualification

• First Degree in Engineering from a reputable institution. (A degree in mechanical/Production engineering or Industrial technology).
• A Masters Degree is an added advantage
• 5-7years knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
