    Quantity Surveyor

    Job Description

    • The quantity surveyor is responsible for figuring out what a construction project is going to cost.
    • Successful delivery of Quantity Surveying services
    • Commercial management of projects
    • Effective forward workload planning and resource management
    • Development of new and existing client relationships
    • Client and colleague liaison
    • Mentoring junior members of staff

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree from an internationally recognized university preferably in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or closely related field.
    • Approval/Membership as a Land Surveyor from FG's Public Works
