Fabrication Welding Coordinator at Saipem Contracting

Responsibilities / Requirements

• Manage execution and welding of structural prefabrication, piping prefabrication, piping supports prefabrication, appurtenances prefabrication, and elementary assembly as per project construction methods.
• Coordinate workshop support activities (lifting and handling)
• Ensure that welding activities and non-destructive controls are carried out as planned
• Ensure proper discipline workflow, interfacing with project (home office and/or site/yard) organization and client
• Interface with Asset department for workshop equipment maintenance and repairs

Qualification and Experience

• A degree or its equivalent in Fabrication/Mechanical /Welding Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years experience in the Energy sector. AWS/CSWIP certification is an added advantage.
