• The CEO will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of the Company’s strategies in accordance with the established direction and policies.

• Assures the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provides general oversight of all business activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.

Qualifications
