Job Summary and Purpose

• To ensure optimal utilization of and return on investments relating to the Groups financial resources by maintaining complete and accurate treasury and cash records, ensuring availability and adequacy of funds, monitoring the organizations cash position and managing relationships with banking and/or other financial institutions

Responsibilities

• Develop an investment strategy in collaboration with the Group Corporate Finance and Treasury Officer
• Develop and utilize financial models and activity-based financial analysis to provide a basis for investment  decisions and business planning
• Provide financial advice on the short, medium and long term cash/funding and risk situation to management

Qualifications

• Minimum of a first degree in a Business related discipline
• An MBA or Masters Degree is desirable
• Relevant professional qualification e.g. ICAN, ACCA, CFA, etc.
• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
