Job Summary and Purpose

• This role provides strategic leadership and management of business operations with the aim to achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align company business objectives with the vision and long term strategies of the business
• Define short, medium and long-term direction of the business with clearly articulated business and operational plans.
• Communicate the Company’s vision, business strategy and growth plans as well as drive their achievement in line with the Group’s governance policies, standards and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of first degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Social and Behavioral Sciences
• Postgraduate business degree (including MBA)
• Membership of relevant professional body Minimum of 15 years relevant experience with ,at least 6 years in a supervisory role
